The Ukrainians won 24 medals in the International Wrestling Tournament held with the support of Sport Life

On February 23-25 the ХХII International Freestyle, Greco-Roman and Female Wrestling Tournament dedicated to the world famous wrestlers, as well as coaches was held in the Palace of Sports in Kyiv. 

This year the participants from 38 countries of the world have come to the capital to try their strength and skills. The representatives of Azerbaijan, Iran, USA, Georgia and Ukraine were among the strongest teams. 

The famous Olympic champions and representatives of Sport Life company congratulated four Ukrainian winners who honourably won their prizes during the tournament in different styles and qualifications. They were Zhan Beleniuk, Andriy Kviatkovskiy, Oleksandr Khotsianovskiy, Sofiya Bodnar and Alla Belinska. 

“The training and competition base for more than 50 sports have been established on the basis of our 57 functioning fitness clubs. Sport Life company understands that society couldn’t develop without full development of sports, so we support a huge number of sports federations and associations. We are proud that the achievements of our sportsmen speak themselves far beyond the boundaries of our country” — Oleksandra Havlovska, press secretary of the network of fitness clubs Sport Life. 

Zvonko Ocic, the delegate of International Wrestling Federation, also emphasized a high level of organization: “The wrestling and organization itself were highly professional. I congratulate Ukraine Wrestling Federation and thank their sponsors for a good organization. We are safe about the level the European Wrestling Championship would be conducted soon”. 

As early as April this year Kyiv would host the European Junior Wrestling Championship. As the organizers assure it would be a grand, spectacular and significant event in the world of sport — more than 30 participating countries and international judging. Traditionally the network of fitness clubs Sport Life is a partner of the competition.
